DUY: So we covered this in Molten Man's first appearances. But I always knew he was Liz's stepbrother, to the point that I didn't even realize until later that that wasn't mentioned in those appearances. And now, he's revealed to be her stepbrother, and I'm surprised it's a "reveal." It's not even executed as if it was a "reveal." Just a matter-of-fact statement. If it had been revealed way before, this would just be a recap and need no rewriting.
WHAT'S AGED THE BEST?
BEN: Creepy.
DUY: Being related to Liz is the only way Molten Man even still shows up.
BEN: With good reason. Though, these covers are great. This cover in particular is (no pun intended) amazing, which prompts the question, were Amazing Spider-Man covers on average better than every other Marvel series? This cover wouldn’t even crack Spider-Man’s 10 greatest even at that point, and it’s great. Or am I just more familiar and partial to Spider-Man’s covers?
WHAT'S AGED THE WORST?
DUY: It is not this easy to be a nurse.
BEN: They must have it confused with orderly, which is insulting.
DUY: Is it just me or has Jameson become less of a comedy figure? He's still exaggerated and ridiculous, but he's not as funny.
BEN: He's still angry, just not to comedic effects.
NITPICKS
BEN: Fireproof clothes?
DUY: And an asbestos mask!!
BEN: Again, his feet would burn off
BEN: And that's bad, Duy!
WHO WON THE COMIC?
DUY: This random dog.
BEN: Man’s best friend, protector of the realm.
