AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #132

DUY: Liz Allan returns after 102 issues. That's a long time.
BEN: She won’t come close to The Looter’s record.
DUY: This is already past the Romita run, but he's drawing here. So this is the first time John Romita has drawn Liz Allan, the only prominent character from the Ditko run he had never drawn before.
WHAT'S AGED THE BEST?
BEN: The flame effects on Molten Man make him look a lot more dynamic, and more deadly.
DUY: That dude's dick on the cover is getting really close to burned off.
BEN: The residual heat alone.
WHAT'S AGED THE WORST?
DUY: Let's talk about ourselves in the third person in a moment of crisis, why not.
BEN: As he’s passing out, no less.
NITPICKS
BEN: There no way Spider-Man can kick Raxton if he’s 300 degrees.
DUY: How does Mary Jane know who Liz is? I feel there was a golden opportunity to say they actually met off panel in the last 100 issues.
BEN: It’s the biggest error Conway and Roy have made so far. Peter even says they didn’t get along before, which seems impossible when they haven’t met.
DUY: The only thing I can think of that could be an in-story explanation is that Peter's doing his whole "All blonde women are the ghost of Gwen" thing.
BEN: Why would Mary Jane go with it though?
FAVORITE PANEL
BEN: Mine:
DUY: Not my favorite, just pointing out this panel is reprinted in How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way.
DUY: This is my actual favorite panel, because it's both well drawn and utterly ridiculous.
WHO WON THE COMIC?
BEN: Spider-Man, for not getting his dick burned off.
DUY: Liz Allan, because welcome back.
BEN: Okay, fine, it's Liz.

Mary Jane and Liz met before in ASM #25, although it was only a two word conversation. "Hello girls!"
And the whole Molten Man temperature thing is weird. In ASM #28 and #35 he was just metallic and presumably cold to the touch. But when Spider-Man sees burnt footprints in the carpet, he immediately thinks it's Molten Man.
Liz and Mary Jane met way back in ASM #25
