The Eisner Awards are coming up, and you guys can vote right here. I'm voting for Gerry Alanguilan's ELMER for best graphic album, for one (and I'm sure that at least 50% of this site's readers will do so as well), and another one that I'm voting for is Shannon Wheeler's I THOUGHT YOU WOULD BE FUNNIER (which you can read right here) for best humor publication.
However, Shannon was left off the original ballot, so now he's in hustle mode to get some votes coming in. Anyone who's voted before can change their votes, and anyone who hasn't should vote! And even if you haven't read any of the books, how can you not vote for someone who has a sense of humor about this whole thing?
Shannon may be known to you guys more as the guy who created TOO MUCH COFFEE MAN, and he will soon be rebooting the character and telling his old jokes in a new first issue. (His joke, not mine!)
He's also contributed a wonderful, wonderful version of "Row Row Row Your Boat" in FRACTURED FABLES.
So go vote!
